There’s a mismatch in our lives. We’re spending more and more every year on healthcare in the US, but the number one cause of death is still the lifestyle related illness of heart disease. At the same time, our rates of of depression, anxiety, stress, and things like eating disorders continue to rise.

It’s time to start looking at our health & wellbeing differently.

My Approach

I bring a holistic understanding of health and wellness to our work together. I view health as not what or how much you eat, but as the interplay of many different factors including relationships, work, exercise, nutrition, and spirituality. I don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions to health, and adapt my approach to your unique situation, needs, and goals.

How I Work

People often ask what my exact title is, or what I call myself. The traditional roles of “life coach” or “health coach” don’t really seem to fit to me, and I’m not a nutritionist or dietician. So, I explain what I do:

I guide, I mentor, I help you go within.

Think of me as a lifestyle mentor with a focus on health, as someone who will help you achieve what you never thought possible in your health and with your life. I’ll support you in the areas of food, self care, and healthy lifestyle choices so you can live the life you’ve always wanted.
