When I talk about health, wellness, and personal growth, I’m speaking from experience. I know what it’s like to want to “get healthy today” to then put it off to tomorrow because of a busy life and a stressed mind. Relishing in the highs of finding a healthy routine that works for the moment and then experiencing the lows of getting knocked off this course by all the things life throws at us. While I’ll never know exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes, I have walked the road you’re on. As your mentor, I get it, and can share with you the lessons I learned so that you don’t make the same mistakes. And if you do make those mistakes, that’s okay too, because you’ll learn how to get up from them and keep going.

  • The integrative health coaching approach applies the philosophy of integrative medicine as defined by Dr. Andrew Weil:

    -Honoring the human organism’s ability to heal itself

    -Practicing whole person medicine

    -Approaching health as a lifestyle and not a series of symptoms or diseases to be cured

    With this holistic approach, we will dive into areas of your life such as food, self-care, and lifestyle choices to discover what is and what is not working for you. Armed with the tools you need to implement productive and sustainable change, you will be able to tap into unlimited potential in your health and with your life.

  • Getting healthy can sometimes feel like wandering in unfamiliar territory without a map. We are constantly bombarded with conflicting messages around food, self care, and healthy lifestyle choices, and it can be hard to know who or what to trust. Think of me as your personal guide through this wilderness. Using my background in integrative nutrition, coaching, and yoga coupled with my lived experience, I help clients get clear, tune in to themselves, and transform their inner hopes into outer realities.
